Good location close to everything Ambleside has to offer

Lack of pressure in shower

Great location

The separate bathroom was the only thing that let it down

Location is really Good

The lights on the toilet are not working. And the management didnt fix it . Very frustating.

Comfy bed. Tasteful room. Close to shops and amenities

Can't be helped but loud street noise due to single pane windows. Ear plugs are provided

Central location in Ambleside with lots around Good size rooms Clear instructions from staff and good communication / always helpful Toiletries provided Parking is very close and clear instructions, permit provided.

A few issues. Used towels left in room from previous guests on back of the door and next to shower, bin was full of previous guests rubbish and hadn’t been changed. Made us slightly concerned on what had been cleaned. They do offer daily room service though and this was done the next day.Boiler wasn’t working first day so unable to have a warm shower but this was promptly fixed on informing . Not the properties fault but pub across was loud until close but due to central location this was expected.

Door handle on room was loose and needs attention but no real issue
