The hygiene standards were completely unacceptable and dangerous. The room was not as advertised, and the management has been entirely uncooperative regarding a refund for a stay that was essentially unusable. Please see the attached photos for evidence.

I fixed the missing kitchen floorboards, place needs a coat of paint

Definitely the worst place I stayed at during my time in Scotland. The house itself looked like a place used by drug dealers. In the room, there was a mess left in the wardrobe by previous guests, a bad smell, dirty beds, and in the bathroom there was mould and even fungi under the sink. Our group all agreed that this place should be shut down, not rented out to guests. Absolutely disgraceful.

The location was ideal

It wasn't maintained, the window in the front room had a lot of mould and so did the bathroom, didn't use the shower as there was no shower curtain.

The sheets smelled and looked clean, we only used it as a crash place after a gig but it did the job.

It definitely needs some TLC in regards to the paint job, the paint all around the flat was peeling off and its very bare-bones. It was good for our intended purpose but as somewhere to use as a hub for a stay away, not too sure. The livingroom was super echoey so any noise from outside when the windows were open sounded even worse. Overall, its fine but could be upgraded

Hm - eigentlich nix!

Fehlende Sauberkeit, draußen wie drinnen - gut es war halt the Rose Street! Der Fußboden klebte, die Fenster waren schlecht zu schließen - daher sehr laut! Wollten fast nicht bleiben - es war unsere letzte Nacht in Schottland! Aber frühstücken wollten wir dann dort nicht und sind sehr früh aus dieser Wohnung raus, hatten uns gleich am Abend ein Frühstücklokal gesucht! Gott sei dank war der Princess Street Park am Abend lange geöffnet hatte!

Location was great as it is in the centre, everything we wanted to do was about a 10 min walk

The Key didn’t lock the door and I tried to phone the hosts and didn’t get through to them but had to sleep without the key locking the door and had to go out for activities with our valuables not locked up
