Everything very good ...loved the initial supplies of tea coffee supplied - very very clan and warm . Also loved the Christmas tree which was a nice touch thanks

Just to note we requested one bedroom to be set up as two twins and this was not done. Also please note thetop oven / microwave was not working and with no LEDs lit up obviously has no power to it ?

3 storey town house, fairly new beautiful kitchen, bathrooms (2) and downstsirs toliet. Perfectly clean and lots of facilities. Within a few 100 yards of all the city centre attractions. Quiet, backed onto the town walls. Best AirBNB we have stayed in and we usually have 2 each year

"The perfect base for centre of York"

Amazing property and so close to the centre of everything

Not the property’s fault but the people next door or staying next door under roof were very noisy outside talking loudly and smoking, way past midnight, we couldn’t get to sleep
