"An excellently located holiday let that has been finished to the highest standard."

The holiday let was in a perfect location. In the centre of York but quiet enough for the lightest of sleepers! Everything in the house has been finished to the highest standard. Welcome pack of biscuits and milk were very much appreciated! Would recommend!

The property is well equipped with great quality furnishings. Spotlessly clean. So quiet considering it’s within a five to ten minute walk of Yorks wonderful attractions. Lovely welcome Hamper. Couldn’t have been happier with the property.

"Exceptional"

The house was beautifully set up and looked like a 5 star hotel The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and lacked nothing. It was spotlessly clean and my granddaughter and I were very comfortable.The beds were wonderfully comfortably. Everything that York had to offer us was close by. We had a perfect few days.

There was nothing to dislike with the house.

"Super on all fronts"

Excellent location. Well equipped property. Very clean and really well laid out.

No TV in bedrooms was the only one fault I could find as everything was excellent.

"Best stay ever"

Everything perfect

Possibly safety hand rail in bath and coat hooks in hall but these are insignificant compared to everything else that was excellent
