Comfortable, well equipped and spacious with a great view

Apartment itself was great, the common areas of the apartment block had a few issues with maintenance and bicycles being left in stairwells

Amazing apartment . Very modern and spacious. Had everything that we needed.

The lifts do NOT work. Had to walk 9 floors. Was not feesable for disabled or low mobility. Would not of booked had we known about the lift.

The property was big spacious and within walking distance of the city centre the docks etc

Apartment was good the sofa beds were uncomfortable, location was good 7/8£ taxi or a 15 min walk into town, overall enjoyed the stay.

Sofa beds aren’t comfortable, fridge don’t work at the start but started working after a few hours

The entrance was a bit run down the sofa beds were a bit uncomfortable the bedrooms were good overall it was good value had a lot of nice touches milk tea and coffee only 1 lift works key could be easier to get if left at property maybe a key box

Great location, the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were great. Great communication with the host.

The sofa beds aren’t the comfiest and there are a few small stains/marks but nothing crazy.

The photos on booking.com do not reflect the filthy, broken mess we stayed in. We had no heating, dirty bedding and apartment, broken TV’s, toilets, broken lamps, mould everywhere, stained sofa, a £500 stay and they thought a £40 compensation for my elderly mother shivering was acceptable.

Location was good and accommodation was a good size

The heating was broken, and the company did not fix it during our stay despite daily complaints. There were also a few other maintenance issues which we reported too.

Very nice ,modern and a beautiful view as well were in the penthouse

We had no heating ,it was freezing cold,no hot water in the kitchen.The living room door handle broke so we were trapped in there for nearly 3 hrs with no access to a toilet,it was very distressing ,luckily I had my phone up there with me but it had hardly any charge on it.My sisters phone was down stairs in the bed room.This was a birthday celebration for my 70th we had a reservation booked but it was to late to go by the time we were free.As you can imagine we were very upset at all this.Slso we couldn’t use the main bathroom as it was so smelly with mould and drain smells ,very unhappy visitors to this apartment.
