Hemlock Manor

Location

The hot tub was out of order. The jetted tub blew mold out of it when cut on. The fire place ran a total of five minutes and ran out of gas. The floor in the living room looked like it had hammer marks in it. The air vents were rusted. The tile was cracked. I had to buy sheets because the pull out beds didn’t have any.

The size of the property and location were perfect for my party.

Some of the decorations and amenities are outdated.

We booked this cabin for our wedding night/honeymoon. The property location itself was fine and clean. However, we were only able to stay 2 of the 5 nights we booked, due to a pipe busting at 1 AM under the indoor jacuzzi tub and flooding 2 of the 3 floors, ruining our wedding night. They did move us to another cabin the next day, after a very uncomfortable night, but it was smaller, not as private, and in Pigeon Forge not Gatlinburg. The overnight staff was incredibly rude, refused to send anyone to look at the flooding and hung up the phone on us when we voiced concerns of an electrical fire due to water pouring out of the light fixtures.

The fact we couldn’t stay the time we booked. It ruined our wedding night. The overnight staff that has no regard for guests safety.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable.good size tvs in all rooms.bears right beside cabin and in the bed of my truck,they didn't bother us.

Fireplaces didn't work.there are about 30 steps up to cabin.there seemed to be a a odd smell in basement room..

Extremely clean and a great location

The remote controls did not work for 2 of the tvs

The cabin was beautiful, the beds was so comfortable. We loved everything about the cabin that we didn't want to leave. We even got to see two bears outside the cabin the morning that we were leaving.
