Great Location... Facility well looked after . Even the gravel road is smooth

No.private heated pool.Private heated pool could add to the attractiveness of the facility.

We liked the space of the property, we were full in numbers but didn’t feel like we were cramped

Big lack of maintenance, you see negligence all over the property

the dining room furniture is falling apart

The location was what we needed, having to wake up to seeing animals was amazing

The main bathroom toilet was blocked, and there was no toilet paper on arrival until the next day. The linen had stains.

It was close to home but I still felt far away and secluded from the city.

It needs an aircon

The place that was not clean The dead bat under the couch i had to remove The alarm remote battery that were flat We had to wait an extra hour to get the keys after check in at 2 pm When we made a fire to braai from the outside braai all the smoke pulled into the house from the inside fire place. I had to rewash all the glases, mugs and plates. The washing machine was pulled out and left in the middle of the kitchen for me to put back The showers were not clean. The dishwasher is full of roaches The walls are dirty and looks like the one wall has mould

It was self catering, so the breakfast we cooked was delicious because we brought our own ingredients for breakfast only lol. The lodge was beautiful and spacious.

Well the location was a challenge. Our lodge was too far from reception, restaurant and activities. It got worse when it started raining in the afternoon because the road was too muddy to a point of making it impossible to drive to the restaurant to go and buy food for supper. The DSTV had no network at all and there was also no Wi-Fi connection. Even though we logged a call on the day of arrival, nothing was done throughout our stay. It felt like forced failing network rehab mxm. Last but not least, it took 45min to be assisted at reception on our arrival day. We were told that the property is privately owned and they have to let reception know about us which wasn't the case. So we waited while reception kept trying to get hold of the owner and at that time I was also trying to get hold of her but she ended up blocking me.
