Our stay was a quick on but the house was beautiful and Patrick was wonderful. Food fantastic

Our room might need a few new pillows. I slept great but it was a little flat and I will confirm the rooms bathroom is inside the room next time. This didn't detract from our stay. Will just pick a different room next time.

Historical mansion in downtown Toledo tastefully refurbished and brought back to life.

At first the heat was insufficient in our room but the space heater helped. By the next day the heat was better.

The host was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations for places to go and things to do and see, and he was never lacking a good conversation starter.

Most things were fantastic, the only hiccup was that the lights in the hallway were on all night and shone through a glass above the door and made it a little hard to sleep. Otherwise everything was perfect!
