The listing for this Inn was misleading. It is not a standard hotel or B&B but rather a home with 3 rooms to rent out. We had to leave within 15 minutes of check-in due to the overpowering old furniture smell and dust, which triggered allergy symptoms and made it impossible to relax. The listing did not clearly state the nature of the experience or that there would be no staff on-site overnight. We ended up booking another nearby hotel. We reached out to the management with our feedback, and no response was provided. They didn't provide feedback to booking.com customer service either.

The breakfast was delicious and very filling!! The room was amazing, it was comfortable and clean, and Patrick was a very entertaining and knowledgeable host.

I forgot to ask for the code for the tv, but that is okay as I was able to read the book I brought with me.

Great building. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast and friendly host.

We didn’t realize that the property sits at the edge of a very impoverished neighborhood with many derelict buildings. This didn’t pose a problem, as it is an easy and safe walk to the revived center of Toledo, but it was a bit disconcerting as we drove around searching for the property.

Breakfast, the location, the company, especially Patrick (the host) were all amazing!

Room was a tad dusty, but everything else was perfect.

We were a bit nervous about the neighborhood but we felt safe walking to a taco bar for dinner and the parking lot at Vistula Rose was secure with security cameras and good lighting.
