"It would be my first choice of accommodation when I next visit Rye."

The house was exceptionally clean; lacking nothing. Good quality furniture, kitchen equipment, great welcome pack. Good to have instructions and information on an email instead of wading through a folder.

A larger parking space would have been better, but not Jamie’s fault. We didn’t use the back door as it was a bit messy outside. There wasn’t much to dislike.

"Best location to explore Rye"

Perfect location! Plenty of room, clean and tidy. Everything you need is there. Comfortable bed and good shower. Great welcome pack!

The parking space can be a challenge. The cleaning unfortunately stopped at the back door, the patio was very dirty, the cushions in the furniture were dirty and furniture looked like it was about to collapse. The glass 'wall' very dirty. Shame as property itself was pretty much spotless.

Smaakvol ingericht, zeer compleet qua inventaris. Geweldig welkomstpakket met wijn, brood, melk, spek, eieren, koffie, thee en cereals. Eigen parkeerplaats. Loopafstand van centrum.

An exceptionally generous welcome pack was provided, very unexpected. The cottage was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated throughout. Very good TV with a selection of apps

Great location, exceptionally clean and a lovely welcome pack.

Parking was quite tricky as the space is quite small. The polyester bedding was so hot and sweaty.
