Convenient location, comfortable and good sized house, well equipped and excellent welcome pack. Parking was really helpful.

The parking is tiny although having a Fiat 500 helped! Also other residents who use the car park put mobile numbers on their windscreens so they could be contacted if it was necessary to move their cars.

Excellent location for exploring, but away from the busy centre. Everything was within a 5 minute walk. Great to have such a generous welcome pack!

The provision of bacon, eggs, bread, milk etc on arrival was a lovely touch and the location so close to the centre of town was wonderful.

We found the single beds very uncomfortable

The furnishings were very well thought out and a lot of thought had gone into the decor. However I didn’t expect to have to empty the dishwasher when I got there and the freezer was unusable as full of old plastic. The yard was nice to sit in but needed cleaning up and painting.

Excellent decor and fittings, very stylish, location perfect. So easy to walk everywhere. Good little outdoor space when the sun was shining. Well equipped kitchen.

Property was good for a self catering break. Parking. Convenient for Rye centre.

Great location, with easy access to all the lovely independent shops, pubs & cafes, all within walking distance. Parking space provided. Property feels spacious, clean and is well equipped.
