"Superb homely accommodation"

Great communication before we arrived detailing how we parked and entered the property. The house was very clean, very well equipped and nice. Great bedrooms with en suites, the master bedroom has a beautiful bathroom. The welcome package of bacon, eggs, milk and wine was a splendid touch. Jamie is a fantastic host

My bed was a little soft and room is tight in the second bedroom.

"An excellent long weekend with friends and would highly recommend."

Great location with excellent downstairs accommodation. Great to have 2 en-suite bathrooms. The seating area in the garden was an added bonus. The welcome pack was a great surprise and the best we’ve ever had.

The second bedroom was a little tight on space but adequate for a short stay.

"Lovely break"

We liked the large open plan kitchen/dinning area - added bonus dishwasher! Also it was good having two bathrooms.

"Great"

No breakfast provided but welcome pack was very good.

Designated parking spot impossible to use if other cars were in the parking area,unless you had a very small car.Having said that the other spaces were not in use while we were staying.

"Location, location!"

Amazing location. Great showers, lovely bath. Excellent welcome hamper. Great little kitchen set up and brill access to all streaming TV facilities. Host was really communicative. Let us check in early so our toddler could nap. Made a world of difference to us so thank you@

Parking is very tight. Better towels would make a world of difference.

Very light and roomy apartment close to the centre of town. Well equipped kitchen and the welcome pack was a pleasant surprise.

"Excellent stay in a beautiful property!"

In an amazing location, a stones throw from the town and local amenities. The property was exceptionally clean and decorated beautifully. The basket of goodies was very much appreciated. Everything was super comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay!

The noise from the road can be loud in the front bedroom.

The property and location was fantastic 👌 👏 we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be rebooking with the host for the same occasion in2024 we go to rye every year apart from the 2 years lost through covid as we have relatives living there so we just spend our time in the town it's just great 👍
