Could be a bit cheaper as very expensive for 1 night stay

Location near Gill's Bay ferry port was excellent.

We arrived on Sunday evening and pretty much everything was closed. But that is on us.

It's nice accommodation and I have no major complaints, but it's definitely not as complete as some other places I've stayed. Bare minimum is provided but not more than that. Location is good though!

The whole place feels like a money grab. It's fully self service check in with a key box, but if you want to check in after 20.00 there's a 50 pound late check in fee. I think that's crazy if there's no service provided

Location was great, bed was comfortable

Booked an apt with full kitchen-all it had was a coffee maker and kettle. Emailed to complain as we bought food to cook and not even a fridge. This was a hotel room, not an apt with kitchen. Staff opened up and gave us room across the hall which was a living room and kitchen. Made it better but not comfortable having your bed and bath across the hall from kitchen and living room. Felt very misled by what is advertised. Also advertised as 5 star - definitely just a 2 star. Wouldn't ever return-not worth the money they charge

Comfortabel bed

Volgens de reservering / informatie op Booking, is het een vakantiehuis met aparte slaap en woonkamer. Dit is niet het geval, het is een slaapkamer van 12 m2 met een badkamer. Klein zolderraam in het plafond en klein raam die uitkijkt op de parkeerplaats. Mooie uitzicht over de zee zit aan de ander kant van het gebouw. Kamer heeft geen stoelen, koffieapparaat doet het niet. In een vakantiehuisje verwacht je ook faciliteiten om te koken….is er niet. Er is niet eens een glas in de badkamer. Enige servies zijn 2 koffiekopjes met 1 theelepeltje.

Friendly service. cleanliness of the room. Good size room and bathroom.

The mirror in the room was higher than the top of my head and unusable for me. No instructions on how to use the coffee machine - no I don't have one at home and have never used one.

It was clean and close to the seafront

It was mis-sold as an ‘entire holiday home’ when it was a really just a hotel room. Noisy, the bedroom door rattled and there was a ‘spinning washing machine’ type noise all night long. Fire alarm at 7am.

Milk for tea in the morning.
