Location in Hemsby was fabulous, communication from hosts was good, lots of extras such as teabags, coffee, toiletries etc, WI-FI included. Lovely seaside decorations, comfy beds and kitchen well equipped

Several maintenance issues- wobbly toilet, no cold water/broken tap in bathroom, several missing door knobs and had to bring own bedding even though property was advertised as including bedding. Information folder empty so pointless and poor instructions for electricity - eg how much for a typical day/night and how to load electricity- just 'top up at Sandgate pub'. Minor tweaks would improve stay greatly

Loved the location and responsive owner to our queries and sorted a problem we had same day. Caravan was well equipped..just like home. 2 minutes walk to ⛱️ where we were lucky to see the seals bobbing in the sea, 2 minutes walk to arcades and eating places Clubhouse was good China Boy good for Chinese and The Blue Dolphin for Fish & Chips as you have to eat at the 🌊 side. Nice quiet location Parking next to caravan Loved the Electric blankets at night when it was chilly. Hope to visit again soon

Location decent

Money came out of our account and then literally a day or two after the host decides to tell us 2 days before we are about to travel they've got no gas or water. We have no choice but to go as we are stuck. Owner then agreed to send me a £39 refund but then has backtracked on this and only offered £20. The property wasnt fit for purpose and it is a legal requirement to have gas and water so we are now going through to claim everything back. Owner now claims she has closed the business yet it is still being sold on booking.com. I sense a scammer. Do not book this property or anything relating to the same owner. You will be fobbed off if anything goes wrong I have all messages for proof.
