Walk to Broadway! 2BR2BATH Condo, Sleeps 6, Pool

Location wasn’t terrible, best part was the customer service getting the room canceled which still hasn’t been refunded to my account

The room was absolutely disgusting, carpets were severely stained, one bed was broken, the floors were sticky my daughters feet were black within minutes of arrival, the floors in the kitchen had a white film under the rug, the refrigerator wasn’t cold & the floor gave in front of it if you stepped on it.. the whole atmosphere felt dirty.

Close to downtown easy 15-minute walk, to Broadway. Nice views of the river. Beds were comfortable, clean. enough room for 4 adults. Fun to seat on the TINY balcony and watch the animals and boats on the river. Host was pleasant to work with, responded quickly to my questions.

No toaster in the kitchen, the balcony furniture need updating, one chair had a large hole in the seat. Need a new Refrigerator. didn't keep things cold. Ice make on was leaking the floor. My husband figure out what was going on and shut the water off. It had to have been leaking for some time as the floor was very wet, feel like you could fall through the floor in at spot. Also tried to do dishes and the water would not drain and started to back up into both sinks. Water coming out from under the sink on two the floor. We put a something under the sink to catch whatever water so it would cause damage. We know things happen, however when you book a vacation a place you except that everything is working order and if it's not to be adequately compensated. We probably save the owner $$$$ in repairs. We notified the owner as soon as it happened. Response was quick said thank you for what we did and gave us $50.

Comfortable Condo with a beautiful view and well equipped kitchen except that a kitchen knife was missing. A quick and prompt response for arranging washing pods was very much appreciated

Lovely being on the river! Gym & pool nice! Needed paper products & they were delivered right away..cooked two full dinners in kitchen & had everything I needed. TV's in all rooms with app's all loaded. Uber or walking all attractions are very close! Food delivery from Whole foods downtown was a bonus.Two full bath's was great.

Really needed nothing more.

Location was great, easy walk to most everything. Owner was easy to reach and very responsive, cares about the people staying at the location.

Although it is not within control to fix, the unit is on the 1st floor which is great for access, but the people above must live in the unit and the insulation isn't the best. You can hear them walking back and forth all day/night, their kid running back and forth and their dog. Made it difficult to sleep, at times it sounded like the steps were in the room with you. Probably need ear plugs to help with sleep.

No seating in living room area. 1 love seat for 5 people. Not set up like photos provided.

It was nice sitting on the balcony with the river right there and there was plenty of parking as well as being pretty close to everything

The location was great.Very central. The apartment was a good size,with large bathrooms and a decent lounge.Bedrooms were also spacious. Outside space was just fab,as were river views with lots of activity.

The door key system was fine once we worked it out. And a set of knives would have been good in the kitchen.
