Location, super cosy and well kitted out, really comfortable beds and comfy lounge. Great recommendations for walking and pubs.

The front stable door needs a latch across both doors to stop it knocking - only because it was so windy when we were there

The cottage was located in the centre of Petworth It was equipped well and the beds were comfortable

A lovely little house with convenient ample public parking behind the property for a small fee. Well situated for accessing everything in Petworth including Petworth House, galleries and antique shops. Clean, well decorated property where we immediately felt at home. Comfortable beds. Great garden area with small summer house where we had our breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a long drive down and would have appreciated some basic products on arrival. Whilst the property had tea and coffee for a coffee machine, there was no milk. Whilst we were warned about the steep steps at the entrance to the property and inside, we found both sets of steps difficult to use, and were concerned about falling. We were particularly concerned about the steps to access the property which whilst lit at night in places were still precarious. The steps to the property, the stairs inside, and the traffic noise at the front of the property would make us think twice about returning. The rest of the property was wonderful.

Nothing - it’s truly incredible.

Even though the property is small it had everything we needed for our time there. It has been lovely decorated and the layout is great for sitting in the garden and enjoying the sun whether it is in the morning over a coffee or evening with a cheecky wine. The shower was fantastic. The location handy to the car park and town centre.

That's a tough one, nothing really the property was great for our needs.
