Luxury 2 Bed, 2 Bath Apartment

I booked this apartment for one night on 27th September with three friends — we travelled over 2 hours to Manchester, only to arrive and never even get into the property. There were around a dozen other people standing outside trying to call the number provided, but no one answered any calls or messages. There was no reception desk, and the PIN codes on the key boxes didn’t work. We tried everything and waited ages, but no one from the property ever showed up or replied. I ended up having to spend another £300 for a different hotel room just to have somewhere to stay. I’ve contacted both the property and Booking.com — but Booking.com say they can’t refund me because “the property has accommodated people in the past” and the apartment hasn’t confirmed that I didn’t stay. I’m still out of pocket and never even got inside the place. Absolutely shocking experience — do not book here!

DO NOT STAY HERE. They do not reply, there is no reception to let you in, we rang the number 30 times and it was turned off straight to voicemail. rang booking.com to cancel and they answered to them and told them they are awaiting our arrival which was absolute rubbish as they wouldnt answer the phine to us. shocking, do not stay. waste of money, they make it none refundable so that when they mess you about you have to try everything you can to get your money back

Avoid!!!!! SCAM!!!!! Drove from Birmingham to Manchester to find someone else already in the apartment!! Host did not respond to our messages once. My partner and brother in law managed to locate our “room” to find it already occupied. Avoid!!

It was just what it said classy and peaceful

The only downside was the parking, we found a secure car park about 3 minutes away.

Scam, don't take this place

Scam. We spent all night in the street because there were no more options to sleep, so please don't go yo this place, and if you call Booking Service asistance they don't help you.
