Excellent location, the pool was very nice, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable.

The apartment was quite poorly stocked with dishes, and there was no dishwasher detergent to use the dishwasher (there was regular dish soap for the sink, though). Would have been nice to have another set of bath towels.

Needs to stock the unit with more cleaning supplies, paper towels, laundry detergents.

The view and location.

Quality of the building. The roof of the hallway outside our door collapsed, and we had to move to another room. The new room was smaller and had no view. The administrator would not offer compensation, but fortunately, Booking.com offered a future travel credit.

The view was of a construction site. Issues with building such as elevators not working.

Building is generally good. Managemnt company Geographica is terrible

I’ve stayed in several units within the building and this one (406) was by far the worst. The management company Geographica provided almost nothing within the rental: -No key to enter the building - had to knock and wait for a staff member, who work one at a time and take “back in 5 minutes” breaks from the post (people deserve breaks of course! But guests deserve keys to enter) -No toilet paper aside from the 1 roll hung up upon arrival -No plastic cups to take beverages to the pool -Only enough ground coffee for 3 portions on a 7-day booking -not a single decoration on the walls of the unit -broken bedside lamp which wouldn’t stay on They texted me on WhatsApp requesting information prior to my stay. Once I was there and having issues I texted again to their same number and never got a reply. They did respond to messages on booking.com, but after saying they would bring me a building key I never did get one. The building itself is great and in a fabulous location, but I will do my best to avoid units from Geographica in the future.

My favorite stay on this trip to Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool and bar are a real highlight.

There were some issues with the elevator.
