me and my family liked how close the property was to the city center, so getting around was easy. The property itself was nice and big and the rooms are lovely and spacious. The garden is nice to sit in but very overlooked.

Couple of things that could do with changing or upgrading, the beds were not comfy, the bathroom needs updating as the toilet seat moves. Floorboards are very squeaky.

"Very poor"

2.0

Nothing much to mention.

Keys were handed over late. Very unclean location. A house which was not having any maintenance for last a few years. Leaking roofs and walls. Leaking boiler. No thermostat option. Uncleaned bathrooms Very old furniture. Half of them doesn't function.

The beds were nicely made up and the pillows were comfortable

There was no hot water, the kettle didn't work and the bathroom needed a good clean.

"I wouldn’t stay here again"

4.0

I liked how close it was to the town centre, walkable distance and a car park that’s not too expensive near! The garden was also nice to have somewhere to breathe and not feel so hot as the property was boiling with no aircon

- in one of the rooms upstairs, first on left, the curtain rod was falling off the wall so parts of the wall was on the bed with dust and paint. There was also old pizza crusts stuffed in the corner behind a bin which was gross - the tv was really slow to the point that there was no point having it - the beds were ridiculously uncomfortable, the mattresses were so thin you could sit down and feel the frame underneath your bum so laying down was difficult. We all slept terribly the whole trip - the forks and cutlery were disgusting. There was old food stained on the forks so we had to scrub and scratch off the old food before we ate which was so gross - for £240 for 2 nights, I would of rather stayed in a hostel. should have a refund tbh

"Was overall dirty and unpleasant, but was worth it for the cheap price and close to city centre."

3.0

Good price, close to city centre, spacious.

Was dirty, shower didn’t have hot water and was freezing, bathroom and kitchen was dirty, rooms were way too hot, the neighbourhood was really dirty and unpleasant, the bathroom door didn’t shut, no locks on doors, beds uncomfortable and hard, not many windows opened properly, gross out of date stuff in the fridge and cupboards and unclean.
