Location and nice rooms. Near to centre

For a 2 night stay the deposit was more than the room. £250 Which takes 2 weeks to get returned. If you are a person who needs that money which some couple might need this is not good.. also they take £10 off on return of receipt.. Don't think I'd go back.

"Clean the door please"

The kitchen and views from the flat were stunning as it's on the 3rd floor

I called host and stay about parking as we had a disabled person with us who couldn't walk far. We had been told to park in a pay and display car park as they don't give permits for on street parking. No permit to even unload bags! They failed to tell us the Whitby tourist office can give you them but we found out ourselves so it only cost £8 per day instead of £24. If not it would have been an issue. The staff should get training about this. No living room as advertised on booking.com When I received the details from host and stay that confirmed this. It's really a 1 bed flat that has been made into a 2 bedroom. Windows on one of the bedroom doors which had no blind for privacy. Not an issue for a short stay but wouldn't stay longer. The other issue is The windows are filthy with bird poo as is the front door so you need to wash your hands after opening it. The cheap plastic blinds on the windows need to be black out blinds as they don't stop light coming in

Place was very well furnished, very central to everything and ideal for a short stay

I'm still waiting to hear back about something I did raise over weekend, left a message as wasn't urgent. We had a leak from upstairs into one of the bedrooms

"Disappointing property with hidden costs."

Good location Very big bed

Not cleaned well. Hidden, non-refundable costs (BEWARE OF THESE) Dirty furniture. Poor communication when issues are raised. Uncomfortable bed and very low. Bird poo all over windows which could easily have been cleaned off. Strong smell of pigeon poo when windows opened No living room, just dirty kitchen chairs Very dusty No parking as suggest in the FAQs Greasy fingerprints all over kitchen cupboards
