"Fabulous little cottage very close to Exmouth."

It’s a really cosy period gatehouse which has been done up beautifully. It is well furnished and has two well appointed bathrooms. Lovely touches like having milk in the fridge and tea and coffee available.

Needs new pillows!

Lovely cottage, with brilliantly sized bedrooms and lovely bathroom facilities. Very characterful

The kitchen was a little small but perfectly fine if you're not planning on staying in for meals

Very clean and cosy and the owners next were friendly

It didn't have washing machine that should have been in and Melissa said there was a hairdryer when I asked and there was non!! Dawlish Warren is NOT the nearest beach as your questions state Exmouth is
