I didn’t know it was a shared home because it wasn’t listed as such

This was a replacement. We were moved from private accommodations to shared. The kitchen table was not assembled. The oven had never been cleaned. The shower had mold in it.

Host is friendly and helpful.

On the booking description, it seems like each room gets their own bathroom. This is untrue. There is 1.5 bathrooms shared between 4 rooms, each double occupancy. Therefore, it is possible that one shower tub is being shared between 8 people. I wish this was mentioned before, that there is only one full bathroom shared between many people. The description of the property doesn't mention anything that might be useful to know, a guest would only know this by reading through many of the reviews. Also, the walls are very thin. I heard someone there watching movies very very loudly at almost 2 in the morning, and it woke me up. In terms of cleanliness, it is not disgusting, but also not clean. The bed does not have a proper blanket. There is one old comforter with no cover. Also, the front door handle is broken. There is tape on the door handle. Also, the half bathroom does not have a flushing toilet. So, technically there is 1 bathroom and 1 sink in the whole property. Overall, it simply does not meet standards. I do wish the host put more pictures and more detailed descriptions, because I was unprepared to share a bathroom with others.
