The best thing about this property is the location. A minute walk from the main town centre.

There are some general maintenance issues to be addressed.

The location was perfect for us and the layout of the apartment really suited us.

Not me personally but the rest of the family were upset we couldn’t get the TV working properly such that it was watchable as the the picture kept pixelating and the sound cut in and out. Also a lick of paint here and there would spruce up the apartment easily.

Warm centrally located. Quiet despite students downstairs.

Entrance hall to the house in which the flat is located is dirty and in fairly poor condition. Bathroom in flat is damp and not in great condition.

Location was very good.

It was a bit cold in the apartment. The heating was on only in early morning, in the evening it was a bit cold. Besides, the TV did not work properly.

The large rooms plenty of space and everything you needed

This was a lovelly place to stay. On a quiet side street with plenty of free parking, there was little noise. But only half a block to the coffee shops, bars, and restaurants on South Street. The space has lovely light and the beds were comfy.

We loved the huge front room window and its view of the church next door. It was the perfect spot to read and relax in the afternoon. The location was convenient to everything in town.

It would have been nice to request additional towels, but that didn’t detract from our stay.

Great central location with easy access to the high street and University. The apartment was well equipped with essentials like towels bedlinen and toiletries.

Any options for extra bedlinen are not as economical.

Only 2 dishwasher tablets had been put out for us to use over 4 days and so a good deal of hand washing was done, which was frustrating. The cooking saucepans were very scratched, rusty and in poor condition, apart from one small one. There was the constant hum of an extraction fan above the ceiling outside the bedrooms that was going all night until we discovered, by trial and error, that it was operated by an unmarked switch in the kitchen and then we could turn it off. What its use was, though, remained a mystery. But what a relief.

The location was great. The apartment was a good size and nicely furnished.

The washing machine didn't work and the instructions were useless. The sofa had stains on it.
