Great location in the centre of St Andrews, good communication with instructions for check in and check out. Clean.

Sofas a little tired and were too low for my dad. Only a small thing but would benefit from having at least one tall mirror in the property

Location was great for our purposes. The spacious living room and comfortable beds.

A personal connection. Better options for coffee/ teas. The corporate style of the toiletries. The drone from the heating system. We were concerned that the door to the building was left open most of the time.

Lovely well furnished flat. Very clean and centrally located.

Bullingdon boys upstairs being very loud for one of the nights. Not the fault of the owner. Tv could have had better sound quality

Comfortable beds, spacious, central location. Tea making facilities and toilet rolls, towels & shampoo provided. Kitchen reasonably well equipped for most needs.

TV reception not very good. No microwave.
