Location location location and modern facilities 👍

Communal front door could do with a lick of paint ( first impression 🙄) / top floor which was fine for us but could be an issue for someone with mobility problems with height and narrow staircase / a few too many angles for someone at six foot or over 🤕/ never quite mastered the hot water system but in summer not really an issue

The apartment was only 5 min walk from York centre so ideal location for everything.

The apartment only had a very small mini fridge freezer .

The communication from the owner with check-in instructions, and that she provided us with a high chair and baby bath as well as cot for our little one. The apartment was immaculately clean too.

The upstairs doors creak quite loudly, and the skylight on the stairs could use a blind of some sort as the sunlight made it a bit hard for our baby to settle at first. That's all though

Brandschoon en mooi ingericht, voelt heel huiselijk aan. Vlakbij de binnenstad, heel centraal gelegen!

Veel lawaai van straat in het weekend (logisch op zo’n centrale plek)

Stylish and comfortable apartment. Good location. Good facilities.
