This is a beautiful little cottage, full of character in a really good location with everything nearby. Really comfortable and cosy, with lots of nice little touches and absolutely everything needed.

What a wonderful gem of a place. Loved the decor, very comfortable, lots of useful added extras, superb location and also charming little courtyard. Exceeded all expectations and would recommend for sure. Perfect for families with kids age 8 plus would say.

Probably not suitable for young children / mobility impaired people as steep steep internal stairs. Also while we loved the Aga which heated downstairs, would worry with small kids. Ours are older so no issues.

Lovely cottage, clean, classy and an amazing location. It had everything you need including a nice little outside space. Loved the aga.

TV is small but you don’t really need it as there is so much else to do.

Great central location. Lovely period quirky cottage. Nice to have outside space and good value for money comparatively to other Hastings properties.

Interior is quite dark and unfortunately just too hot. Summer AGA heat is not welcome in such a small space in summer.
