W15 Lake Gregory

Very homely vibe. They only have 6 rooms so the attention to the guests is great. They customize things for you - like they changed a recipe according to our liking and also we needed a hot water bag so they arranged it for us. Very very comfortable stay. Krishnan and Lasha were great! (I hope I got the names right)

We had an exceptional experience at W15, Lake Gregory. The stay itself was phenomenal—everything from the atmosphere to the attention to detail made us feel truly welcome and relaxed. What stood out most was the service. Raj, Krishan, and Lakisanda were absolutely fantastic. They didn’t just do their jobs well—they went out of their way to make sure we felt cared for at every step. It’s rare to see that level of thoughtfulness and consistency in hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would love to return. This trip set a new bar for what great service looks like. Thank you to the entire team for making it so memorable.

The resort was perfect however there's not much you can do at Nuwara Eliya. Two days are enough.
