Les chambres sont trop petites Il n’y a pas de place de rangements Ni même assez de place pour mettre ses valises

Teilweise schmutzig. Unser Zimmer war im 1. Stock (Erdgeschoss), darum sehr hellhörig und nicht ruhig. Zusätzlich war die Verdunkelung defekt.

Overall we are very satisfied but mind not everything is perfect if those elements are important to you - excellent location, close to metro/train stations and many restaurants - easy to find proper breakfast within 1 to 5min walk - theme room for the pleasure of kids, even in hallway they liked to play - functional bathroom - driver to the rooms

- we knew that the reception is not onsite and check in went smoothly, yet this still remains less comfortable than a proper reception at the room location and gives more the feeling of an unpersonal airbnb - a proper parent room would have veen nice as space enables it - kitchen and tableware is anecdotic, you would 't eat there unless forced to - matrass a bit too hard - yet double bed for once queen size, worth mentioning as not the standard in Japan

We were late to check-in, but the team were accommodating at reception. Great bunk bed and play area theme for kids!

I was informed that the reception was in a different place, but didn’t realise it was near to Kyoto station. It wasn’t too bad to go back to it, staff were helpful when we realised what we did.

Room clean, kitchenette facilities good and beds comfortable. Loved the novelty of the play equipment in our room and in the common areas of each floor. Washing machine facilities were convenient.

We found the check in away from the hotel (near the station) a little awkward. Worked OK with luggage forwarded there and shuttle bus to our hotel on arrival, but luggage forwarding at the end of our stay was more of a challenge. There was a Yamato office a few blocks away.
