La chambre est génial, la propreté et les espaces jeux incroyable et surtout le personnel et vraiment merveilleux et d'une gentillesse incroyable a la réception ! En plus ils parlent très bien anglais donc la communication était vraiment facile. Je recommande fortement !

We loved everything about this accommodation. The location was excellent, and the rooms were huge, clean and wonderful for children, and fun play areas within the building kept the kids amused for ages. Upon check-in, Hassan went above and beyond for us. Transport to the accommodation was efficient and appreciated after a busy day. The rooms were set up so well with cute little bags for the kids. Stations, supermarkets, convenience stores, and buses are all close by connecting you to all the major areas. We can't wait to come back here and stay again!

We loved our stay (and our little daughter even more!). First time in such a concept hotel, our daughter was super happy to be back “home” every day, meet the other kids and play! The room had everything we needed except for few things. It was very close to the bus and metro station (but not in the city center) and there was a park and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby which made it very convenient. We were very satisfied overall!

There was no curtain for the main window so the light was coming in and we had to manually find a way to keep it dark. That was quite frustrating and woke us up very early the first days. The customer service was very responsive and offered to install something temporary which would however not allow us to open the window and would keep the room all day dark so we did not proceed. Also, our room was on the ground floor, next to the reception and the “bubble wall” so it was getting noisy at times but nothing dramatic.
