Un petit cocon étudié pour les enfants avec des cadeaux à l'arrivée. Ma fille de 9ans était ravie de son séjour.

Petit problème d'ouverture de store mais sans incidence sur le séjour vu que nous partions tôt et rentrions tard. Ceux-ci vont être changés

Great place and excellent location. Shortly before our arrival, we decided to extend our stay, and the staff kindly combined our reservations during check-in, allowing us to stay in the same room for the entire visit. They also refunded one of the cleaning fees, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We stayed at Kyoto Play Residence, which is a great option for families with children. Our kids absolutely loved the beds and were delighted by the surprise prepared by the hotel. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a family stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Recomendo muito para famílias com crianças pequenas. Nosso filho se divertiu muito, era até difícil convencer ele a sair da acomodação para conhecer a cidade hehe Todas as informações sobre a acomodação foram muito bem explicadas. A localização é super boa, considerando que não está no meio da área mais badalada, mas está próximo de pontos de ônibus e estação de metrô.

Nada grave, apenas opinião pessoal: travesseiros e cama poderiam ser um pouco mais confortáveis.

The broom was absolutely amazing, the location is perfect. You’re close to a bus stop and train station but you’re also out a bit so it’s nice and quiet. The game on level one on the wall popping all the bubbles my daughters could’ve spent there for hours so much fun amazing! When I return I will definitely be a back! The staff is absolutely exceptional super friendly and just overall can’t rave about them enough!
