The area was very nice the condo was fully stocked with all of the accessories you could possibly need very satisfied with that

The dishwasher was not in working order the dryer made a horrible noise the beds were very very uncomfortable and it was said to be beachfront however that was completely false you had to pass a tennis court an indoor pool and two other complexes to even get to the beach so very dissatisfied with that

This was a nice complex about 20 minutes away from the main Hilton Head beach. The property had it's own beach which was very nice. There was a small indoor pool and outdoor one as well as tennis and basketball courts. The condo we rented was spotless, comfortable, and a great value. Keyless entry meant we didn't meet the owner but a "just in case" number was provided. Everything you need for a few nights or week. There are tennis rackets, beach chairs, and other items in a closet for use. Even umbrellas on the coat hooks. All the cooking utensils and appliances you need.

The complex is showing some age particularly the stairs. It is 3 stories with no elevator, but that is very clear in the description. The indoor pool is heavily chlorinated...difficult to stay in the building with the smell. There are many "rules" for staying on the property but the majority were common sense, especially for noise.

Location was good the lagoon had lots of fish and turtles the beach was very nice

One bathroom had a very strong bleach smell, and there is no elevator

Was on the 3rd floor, not exactly beachfront, looking at pictures I assumed i didn't have to drive or walk to pool/spa area
