Close to town yet quiet and with a beautiful view. Great people at the property made every effort to make our stay a comfortable one.

Superb location, an easy walk to the main street via a shortcut, and the view was spectacular. Really friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was really good & they went out of their way to accommodate dietary requirements (no gluten). If you're after a relaxed meal, away from the hustle & bustle of the main street, they also serve dinner. They were very helpful too with sightseeing tips & arranging drivers when needed. The photos of the view & the restaurant area don't do justice to just how good it is!! We would stay here again!!

We were on the top level & the room got very hot in the afternoon. Our fan didn't work very well, but they rustled up another one for us as soon as we asked. And it certainly cooled down overnight!

Great location. Lots to see within walkable distance. Ella centre with its amenities within a 10 minute walking distance. Great staff. They are happy to help. I appreciated the breakfast. It was adequate with toast, rice, fruit and better than expected coffee. You can get drinks at the restaurant area and bring them up to your balcony. After a sightseeing tour in the morning, there is nothing like a cold beer on your own balcony! The room and bathroom are of a good size. They are clean and the linen is clean as well. The mattress is sturdy which I like.

The lighting in the bathroom is not great. If you need to trim your beard, like I do, the light is inadequate. The floor of the bathroom also gets wet when showering, so I recommend to do showering last in your morning routine. The floor does dry up quite quickly though. The biggest issue I had with this property is that the doors to the balcony are thin and don't seal tightly. Which means, that insects and noise do get in. Even though the main road is on the other side of the valley, car engines and honks can be heard during the night. There is no AC but it cools off enough after sunset. It will take a couple of hours to get the heat out of the room though. To me this was not so much of a problem.
