Amazing location, can't beat it!

Great Location! Central to different parts of DC! Comfortable space to stay in! Host communicated the whole time!

The back gate was a bit confusing to navigate but overall no other issues

The property was spacious and the location was okay

The property door handle was broke costing me to wonder if someone can get it also the air conditioner in the upstarts room was leaking costing someone to fall luckily they wasn’t seriously injured

It was nicely remodeled, and had plenty of room to relax. The host was super responsive and welcoming.

The host was very responsive. The location near the metro is excellent with shops within walking distance. The apartment had everything you need and was very clean and comfortable. The area is safe.

You can hear every noise from the upstairs house - every voice and footstep. Not a problem if you are out most of the day.

It was roomy, clean, and a quick drive to pretty much any of the touristy places

Close to buses, restaurants and convenience stores.

The owner was very helpful, however when the was an issue she blamed me. The place needs some maintenance. The dishes I used had to be cleaned and they were very old. Furniture was rickety and it was so hard to open windows when the smoke alarm went off. Just needs a thorough update.

Can be cleaned up a bit more. I could not use the sofa or the chair that convert into a bed. The place overall needs some upgrade, with ustensils for the kitchen and cookwares. Some items were left in the fridge and the big area with spices can be checked with a few items that can be thrown away as it is old (the sugar is like stone)... lots of shampoo but no detergent to do a laundry ... some items ...
