Alameda 16-3 Apartment Beach-Old Town

The apartment was spotless and had everything needed. It was in a great location in the centre of the Old town and mins from the beach.

Keys had to be collected from an office a long distance from where the apartment is. My daughter lives there and picked them up earlier in the day. Not sure what would happen if you arrived late. Had the same problem when we left. They had to be dropped back. Also 3 flights up, no lift was a struggle as we are in our 60's/70's. Harder if you had a large case.

invomodidad de ir a otra ubicacion a por las llaves y luego tener q desplazarte otra vez para dejarlas. Contando q al centro donde esta el apartamento no se puede acceder en coche, deberian depositar un buzon para recogida y entrega de llaves en la misma puerta deñ apartamento.

Trapporna är grymt jobbiga och toaletten luktade avlopp. Det de skulle behöva förändra mest är krånglet med att hämta nyckeln. Skaffa ett nyckelskåp på samma adress som boendet och skicka betalningslänken för depositionen i GOD TID!

The apartment itself was faultless; modern, great location, clean. 3 of us stayed and there was plenty of room for us all. Sofa bed was very comfy. The girls working in the office for the key collection were very helpful and lovely.

Only fault during my stay at the apartment was unfortunately my wallet got stolen from my bag in the apartment. Upon arrival there was a problem with the door, the handle wasn’t on it and left on the side. I got in touch with the booking people via WhatsApp due to paying a deposit which i didn’t want to lose on. The second day of the stay i left my wallet on top of my bag in the living area before the left for the day as i only took some cash out with me. While we were out, around 3pmish, I got a message then a swift WhatsApp call from the booking WhatsApp asking if someone could go fix the door, so I said yes they could thinking it would be someone trust worthy. The three of us then got back to the apartment about 7:30pm to then realise my wallet had my taken from my bag. I then got back in touch via WhatsApp raising my concern to then just got shut down straight and basically been told in was my own doing of losing it as no one would have took it working for them and then to be ignored from my last messages. So the conclusion for this if anyone staying here, do not let someone attend the apartment without you over watching what they are doing.
