The bed was broken, no blinds or curtains on 4 windows, there wasn't enough gas how ever was replaced same day. Holes in doors front door lock and catch was broken wrong phone number so only able to message.

Nothing it was so disgusting and dirty there were Sellotape holding the door handle to get into the property. There was holes in the door. There was food left there it was that dirty and disgusting. We couldn’t even stay there. We had to seek alternative accommodation. Also, there was no curtains on the windows where the children were staying would not recommend this at all. I wouldn’t even let an animal stay in there.

LANDLORD WAS RUDE WHEN HE ARRIVED TO CHDCK US OUT HAD CALLED ME A DIRTY C**T Verbally abusing me and my son Was disgusted Also found hidden camera I had to spend £63.00 on bedding and cutlery and glasses as the ones left were Adisgracefully disgusting I want A full refund full compensation and some kind of WAY FOR THIS MAN TO BE REVIEWED AS HE IS NOT DOING WHAT HE IS MEANT TO DO Dirty stained urinated smelly bedding used condoms in room people’s dirty clothing smelt like cigatted His WIFI SYSTEM WAS ILLEGAL DUE TO A SOFTWARE ALLOWING LANDLORDS TO LISTEN MONITOR his tenants activities myself and partner were itchy due to sofas flea infested and the carpet was disgusted The heating didn’t work at all so was FREEZING COLD CARBON MINOXIDE WERE FAULTY ALARMS FAULTY WHICH IS ILLEGAK AND A HEALTH HAZARD DIRTY CURTAINS A SHIT WAS LEFT IN TOILET WITH USED Sanitary products and dirty tissues stained dirty urinated toilet seats everywhere shower was BOILING HOT TO AN EXTENT IT BURNT ME AND SCOULDEd me No working lights Back bedroom WAS AWFULLY COLD HORRIBLE AND FELT A VERY DISTURBING PRESENCE OF BEINT WATCHED DIRTY CUTLERY MICROWAVE STAINED WITH FOOD LEFT IN FRIDGE FULL OF HAIRS BEDROOM FULL OF DAMP HENCE SEVERE SEVERE FLOOD OF CONDENSATION LEAVING PUDDLES No WIFI STUNK OF DOG URINE AND CIGARETTE DIRTY MENS BOXERS COBWEBS NEVER HAD A CLEAN BY LOOKS OF IT ITS EMBARRISING FOR OWNER TO RENT PROPERTIES LIKE THIS IM DOSGUSYED I WSNT W FULL REDUND OR I WILL TSKE TO LEGAL AUTHORITY AS IT MADE ME CERY UNWELL

I have about 30 photos on my phone of how bad the caravan was. Opened the door straight away to a wet dog smell. No hoovering had been done. All of the cutlery was dirty, chopping board and all kitchen gear was dirty. Don’t eat me started on the beds, stained; no bed sheets, one child cushion sheet in one of the beds. The man I was dealing with didn’t want to speak on the phone. Or be helpful in anyway and instead blame me for the state of his caravan. I came out straight away and booked a travel lodge. NOBODY STOP HERE THIS MAN DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY.

I ready request money back from bank !!!! It’s scam thtis people didn’t provide pin!!! After 4p.m and all stress we was book another caravan!!! Please from outside ( was very dirty ( one Window was open and from far you can feel outdoor) we also complained to booking.com

I booked for one day They did n't sent me check in details, And bo answering on phone calls and emails, All night we struggled to find another hotel Now they not refunding my money back.

I will not reccomend this to anyone Nevere ever

The whole place was disgusted The toilets was dirty bedrooms was disgusting here was no fresh sheets put onto the beds the door was broken you could not lock it there was no alarms working as in fire alarms & c02 alarm overall I wouldn't stay again because how the place was I would like a full refund and compensation because how it was in there it was disgusting.

Nothing I refused to stay in such disgusting accommodation and couldn't get my money back booking. Com should be ashamed your self's to allow this accommodation on your site .very disappointed and out of pocket had to find somewhere else to stay and pay again thank you 😐

This accommodation is in a disputing state not fit for human habitat not even fit to use as a dog kennels oh and if they con you into booking it lime they did me it's tuff and you can't have your money back very very angry
