The apartment is comfortable and clean

The outside door is locked from the inside and we did not have a key to open it. I ended up locked outside for about 40 minutes.

It was well priced

There was no water for over a day so couldnt shower. Do not let them organise a share taxi for you they say its 100000 som to khiva but the taxi throws you out at urgench and then theres a big arguement about the price and then you have to organise another taxi to khiva at further expense best to organise yourself from share taxi stand in nukus it cost me 150000 som in the end and took up 5 hours met other people in khiva who had stayed there who reported the same

Good value for money, nice homely vibe

Wi-Fi was very up and down and unfortunately the the guesthouse organised a shared taxi trip which ended up not being what I’d agreed to.

I enjoyed my time at this guest house in Nukus. The family were all friendly and helpful to me.

I arrived way in advance of check in time but was able to take a shower and leave my backpack until my room was ready. When I arrived back at the guesthouse to check in I was given an amazing upgrade; a lovely little apartment with my own kitchen and private toilet! Such a nice surprise. Hosts were kind and helpful and helped arrange a shared taxi for me to my next destination. As others have noted, the location is a bit further from the city center, bit the walk is quiet easy and the location is really nice and peaceful.
