Fantastic location amazingly helpful management

Everything was clean and nice!

Great location, easy access to property and friendly hosts.

Shower was either boiling or freezing, could do with being a little bit cleaner and refreshing but still a pleasant stay!

Really disappointed with this stay. The apartment was dirty and unclean. - Curtains held against the wall by masking tape. - Stains on the pull out bed with dried food on it too. - Shower wouldn’t work properly as button was broke. - Nails coming out of the walls. - Kitchen was dirty and had food from previous tenants on the chopping board. - Heating system wasn’t suitable. - Boiler didn’t look safe at all. Completely overpriced and not suitable for bookings. Photos to be attached too.

Only good thing about this apartment is the location.

I simply couldn’t stay in the flat. The temperature inside was 12 degrees! I was freezing, the conditions of the windows are not ideal at all! I had to tape the whole window down, without any result and the second day I had to book an hotel to sleep at least in a warm place. The bedroom could be passable, if wasn’t that the double glaze kept open and the radiator was making bad smell. The living room was like staying outside, the wind was blowing from every corner, the wall mounted heater had the knob broken and wasn’t working. The other 2 heaters were almost useless for the size of the room. The conditions in general of the place are quite far from the pictures, not really clean, plates and cutlery dirty. The day of the check out, they asked for a good review and when I told them about experience they even replied.
