We had a fantastic weekend at the cottage, the location is perfect and is one of the nicest cottages we have ever stayed in, everything you could want is here and lots of extra little touches from the owner were delightful, thank you Simon. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need, living room warm and cozy, all the walks around the area right on your doorstep and excellent pub next door, what more could you want? Will book again.

Beautiful cottage in a great location - great food next door and walks from the door. plenty of kitchen equipment and just felt really cosy and homely with all the comforts. I would visit again.

This is being nit picking but scented toilet roll is a big no no for me.

"Amazing cottage"

The cottage was absolutely amazing. Very comfortable and inviting. They provided us with everything we needed and more. We would recommend it to anyone. We spent Christmas here as it was a 5 minute walk to my brothers. Great location. We loved the walks. Neighbours are very friendly, lovely old chap next door.

There's nothing bad to say as it was perfect. Although I would recommend maybe having some board games..

Absolutely amazing, everything fitted with the time of the building. Every facility needed was there. The fire was amazing as well as the oven. We loved all the old books and photos dotted around, we could of spent a full week just looking at everything in the house and not got bored

"Perfect countryside snug!"

Absolutely stunning cottage. This was everything we needed to relax, snuggle up with a great read and a pot of tea. Truly relaxing and a perfect location for a stomp in the hills too. Fab pubs nearby also. We will certainly book again. Bed was super comfy as well and the thrill of the Aga heating up the cottage was perfection! Thank you for having us.
