Great unit. Good value for money. It just deposit on the unit is slow on returning. Pls do improve.

Kolam yang cantik. Bilik yang ada 5 katil queen.

Wifi yang tidak berfungsi, kami terpaksa guna hotspot sendiri. Walaupun tukar baru masih tidak berfungsi. Tandas master bedroom tiada water heater, rosak tidak berfungsi. Peralatan tandas ke dua yang tidak berfungsi, dan tempat shower yang patah. Selimut sangat nipis, tidak sesuai dengan pengunaan aircond 24 jam. Kerana tiada kipas syiling. Sangat sejuk dan selimut pula nipis. Access card yang sangat susah. Jika seseorang keluar dari rumah, yang lain tidak boleh bergerak kemana2, kecuali ground floor kemudian tidak boleh naik semula ke bilik. Tidak sesuai untuk yang bercuti berkumpulan dan keluarga.

Overall the apartment was spacious, suitable for big family. Easy access to many shop, pharmacy..near to hospital ipoh. But im not satisfied with the blanket provided because it is too small for family used, need to bring own blanket.

The apartment was okay and comfortable to stay in. However, I was disappointed because I informed the owner that both bathroom water heaters were not functioning, and there was no internet connection, even though they mentioned that Wi-Fi was available. It was very disappointing. As for the deposit refund, it was stated that it would be refunded within 48 hours, but I only received mine after 5 days. Overall, it was an unhappy experience.
