Convenience to Cambridge; two excellent local pubs

Anyone booking needs to be aware of the steepness of the stairs which could be quite daunting for some, especially as the loo is downstairs

"Cozy cottage"

Great location, we found parking on roadside easy and had no problems, yes the stairs are steep and should be mentioned in right up,but my husband and I walk with sticks and we managed them ,so anyone that is able bodied would be fine,it's a quirky cute old cottage, needs hooks on bathroom door and a few more wine glasses and cooker instructions but I sussed it out,,a few little issues that would be easily made better which I will mention in don't like but we had a lovely stay

No curtain in windows opposite bathroom ,so u need a robe ,could do with something round the large shower so doesn't cover whole bathroom with water ,a curtain would do ,a notice warning of little steps into kitchen and room would be good too as I missed one into kitchen and my husband missed one down into the room ,could have done with cooker instructions as I couldn't get grill to work

"It was really gud. everthing we need we have in the cottage.local supermarket was very close. Easy to go cambridge town"

Very cozy cottage in a quiet village, nice surroundings.

The stairs are tricky for elderly people (for using the toilet at night). When asked for extra linen to sleep on the sleeping couch, the hosts asked for extra money. To us this did not feel hospitable. Also we asked how to clean the bathroom floor when the shower made the floor wet and slippery, but this question was never answered. So, nice place to stay, but not so much if you want to prevent falling (for elderly people).
