Great location, easy to park comfortable and clean

As with most Wivenhoe lets the stairs were steep, the bath unnecessary a good shower would be better. A cafeteria would be nice coffee machines fiddly and produce small amounts

Exceptionally comfortable, cosy and well-equipped cottage in a great location. Excellent communication. Really appreciated the eco-friendly bathroom products and well-organised recycling facilities. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

Easy to find, parking adjacent to the house and close, loved the little goodies of prosecco, milk and snacks available to us and the beds where so comfortable! Amazing to have full length mirrors next to plugs and the fact there is shampoo, AND conditioner is amazing. The little bathroom supplies where a lovely touch, especially if you get caught short as a woman and the straighteners alongside the hairdryer just makes it a dream!

Didn't affect our stay but the bath towels could be bigger, preferably bath sheets. Maybe a footstool of some sort to make the sofa a little more comfortable and we had a little problem with the bath draining after a shower but eventually it did drain. Otherwise, everything was perfect

I couldn't get the hot water in the shower to work this morning before we checked out which was a bit of a shame. I tried both taps but it was only cold water.
