To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Gora Train Station or Sounzan Train Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Children under 12 years old cannot stay at the property. Please note that rooms do not come with a bathtub although they are equipped with a shower and a toilet. Guests must walk to the hot spring facilities located outside the property to take a bath. The hotel has a curfew at 21:00. Guests cannot enter or leave the hotel after this time. If checking in after 19:00, please contact the hotel in advance. The hotel can prepare a boxed dinner upon request. -------------------- Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Amazing spot in Hakone to relax and soak up the views"

This is a truly Japanese experience - amazing staff, lovely rooms and the private onsens with proper natural spring water was brilliant. We used the bag service too which shipped out bags from the hotel to the station so we could enjoy more of Hakone! I see lots about construction… can confirm that’s FINISHED!

"Parfait pour un moment de détente à deux"

Le lieu est charmant, très intimiste et calme. Les onsens privés, dans un espace annexe et accessible 24/24h, sont magnifiques, avec vue sur la végétation. La chambre est immense et baignée de lumière avec une belle vue sur les montagnes ! La literie est parfaite. Chaque chambre a une employée désignée qui est aux petits soins et qui fait preuve d’une très grande élégance. Les repas sont pris en chambre ou au restaurant, très bons et pleins de découvertes. Bref, à ne pas louper !!

Le manque de rideaux dans les chambres, réveillé très tôt car il fait jour à partir de 4h30 ..

"Semplicemente perfetto"

Camera. Pasti (cena e colazione) disponibilità dello staff onsen privato. La cena era divina e molto abbondante, caratterizzata da diverse portate. Ci hanno fatto scegliere se cenare in camera o nel ristorante, abbiamo scelto il servizio in camera. La colazione è possibile sia in stile giapponese che occidentale. Abbiamo optato per l’accidentale e ci hanno portato sia scelta data che dolce. Lo staff è gentilissimo. Appena arrivati ci hanno accolto e fornito asciugamanini in quanto pioveva. La camera era molto grande e ben fornita. Consegnano un kit donna e un kit uomo con tutti i toilettes necessari (spazzolino, spazzola, cotton fioc ecc..) In camera è sempre disponibile kit per il the e acqua. L’onsen era stupendo. Ha un’altra chiave ed è aperto h24. Esperienza super consigliata. L’unica cosa che mi sento di raccomandare è di portarsi una maschera per dormire in quanto le tende della stanza non sono oscuranti. Per quanto riguarda il Wi-Fi è vero che non è velocissimo ma insomma..è un posto per rilassarsi e godersi un po’ di sana vita lontani da tutto il resto. Vicinissimo alla stazione della funivia.

"A must in Hakone"

The hotel was amazing. Surrounded by a lot of trees and plants, we could enjoy a nice bath in the private onsen surrounded by nature. The room was Japanese style, with living room area and very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff was also nice. Congratulations to the chef, the food was amazing.

We arrived at 11h and the check-in was at 3pm. We already knew the check/in time but what surprised us is that we were not even allowed to access the place. They picked up our luggage at the entrance of the hotel and did not offer us to wait inside or go to the toilet. And it was strongly raining outside. We were really surprised by this cold welcome.
