To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Gora Train Station or Sounzan Train Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Children under 12 years old cannot stay at the property. Please note that rooms do not come with a bathtub although they are equipped with a shower and a toilet. Guests must walk to the hot spring facilities located outside the property to take a bath. The hotel has a curfew at 21:00. Guests cannot enter or leave the hotel after this time. If checking in after 19:00, please contact the hotel in advance. The hotel can prepare a boxed dinner upon request. -------------------- Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. A deposit may be required at the property.

We had such a great stay here. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is incredibly kind, and the food was unforgettable. It’s not your typical hotel—you’ll be sleeping on tatami mats and enjoying whatever the chef prepares—but that’s exactly what makes it special. Middagsmaten var ikke så godt. Fisken smakte nesten bare tran og var litt hardt stekt. Frokosten var bedre.

Une vue magnifique sur la campagne, une décoration très soignée, un repas délicieux et un personnel très attentifs, c’est vraiment remarquable les onsen prives avec vue forêt sont juste incroyables

Le petit déjeuner japonais n’est pas toujours idéal pour les occidentaux une option continentale serait un plus
