Could have more dishes, cutlery, needs outdoor light at hot tub

The location is perfect just in front of the loch. The hot tub outside was beautiful after a long day out. Kids loved to find some board games. Peaceful location (at least when we were there the neighbours were all quiet)

1. It was tricky to identify the exact lodge from the directions provided via email. We wandered around the lodges under the rain before finding the lock box that opened with the code we had. 2. No mat provided for the bathrooms. 3. One of the safety detectors (not sure if it was the smoke or CO2, or something else), bips nonstop, which means it's hard to fall asleep. 4. Despite there was a dishwasher we found dirty plates (so we ended up washing everything before using them) and there were no normal glass for drinking water. 5. One hair dryer for 2 bathrooms.

It was a lovely stay will definitely go back. Cosy home with everything u need and more, I liked how there were games like scrabble for us to use

Excellent location overlooking Loch lomond We were 5 friends celebrating a 60th birthday so wanted somewhere to chill and have laughter Hot tub was fantastic, had fencing and a roof ,so very private...I've stayed at balmaha lodges now 3 times and hot tub can be very exposed but this was excellent Kitchen facilities were great ,living area very comfy

Beds very uncomfortable, bathrooms needed updated Overall good value though

Location was good.

The place was filthy. Bedding was full of hair (from what, I don't know). Also white patches of some liquid substance on the sheets and duvet (also don't want to know what that was from). Crumbs on kitchen floor, sofas stained everywhere. No sorts of soap of any kind. There was a tissue with brown marks on it, once again, I shudder to think what it was. Didn't bother saying anything or such. One bathroom had bits of hair on toilet tank. Just swallowed the £400 loss, left the place soon after arrival and will never go back nor recommend.
