Poco. Struttura molto trasandata e veramente datata. Basterebbe poco per migliorare ma evidentemente non c'è la volontà.

Location, space, hot tub

No smart tv, no glasses, no washing machine

Great location in Balmaha, right next to the oak tree inn pub which is a lovely area.

Great location, but hygiene and maintenance were unacceptable The property was tired and poorly maintained, with several serious issues: Mouse droppings all over the living room sofa, which was extremely unhygienic No soap provided, which is a basic necessity Only one towel provided for each guest. No towels for the bathroom or hot tub. Broken shower, which made using the bathroom frustrating; overall a lack of care in cleanliness and upkeep We reported the mouse droppings to the owner. They initially responded but then stopped communicating entirely and never sent a cleaning crew. Very disappointing stay. We’ve raised the issue with Booking.com and hope they take action to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

Great accommodation with everything. We all love it

Beautiful setting and views. Hot tub very good. Liked having the 2 bathrooms. Kitchen and lounge area was good. Bed Rooms were nice. Clean

4 o’clock check in combined with 10am check out . Not very good. Didn’t appreciate the slight pressure to leave 5 star review on a notice in the house. Asking if possible to strip beds was unacceptable to us due to v late check in and early check out. Shower gel in bathrooms would have been a bonus.

The size of the lodge and the hot tub was a great bonus!

Not one for moaning but few stains on the bed which we never noticed until we got into them at midnight.
