Pheasant lodge - Balmaha 3 bed

Good location. Comfortable. Clean. Jaquzzi with roof property clean. Kitchen all ready to cook. 2 bathrooms. Games available

Nothing all good

Location was great incredible walks by the loch nearby. The hot tub was brilliant. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was good quality as were all the towels. Our family had a very relaxing time celebrating a birthday.

The locks on the bathrooms didn't work, the toilet roll holders were loose and the laminate flooring in the kitchen needs some sorting. Other than these small things every thing was great.

This is my friends and I third visit to Pheasant Lodge , love the location , easy and private Acess to the hot tub , great space inside , friendly neighbours who were visiting

We had a little problem and the owner helped us out promptly So no negatives In fact we have booked for 2 nights in a couple of months Looking forward to spending quality girl time x

Great location. Access to property was straight forward.

Shower was broken & needs attention. Mouse droppings on kitchen/dining table, indicates that it was not properly cleaned Cleaning products left on coffee table

Host was very nice location was great. Was a very peaceful few days just what we wanted.

Easy to find, very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed!

Shower pressure was almost too strong.

It is a great lodge we went for a girls weekend away, it’s very clean up to great standards, it’s got everything you need in it the hot tub area is great. It’s a quiet area with great restaurant and nice scenic walks around

There is nothing we can complain about this property, this was our second year in a row being here and we plan to come back next, we would recommend this place to anyone it is great

The lodge is in a lovely location not far from the water and surrounded by trees. The host had provided lots of board games and info about the area. The hot tub was lovely and the showers were amazingly powerful

The lodge was grubby and there was a smell of damp. The kitchen area especially the fridge, cooker and freezer were dirty and smelled badly. The carpets were stained as were the settees. The lodge was very close to a neighbouring lodge as in you could almost touch it which impacted on your privacy and we kept the curtains closed in the bedrooms that looked onto it.

Le manque d’hygiène moquette très poussiéreuse. La cuisine vaisselle et ustensiles utilisés et remis sales dans les tiroirs. Le four et le four a micro-ondes inutilisables tellement c’était sale. Avons nettoyé la cuisine et la vaisselle avant de pouvoir l’utiliser. Un paradoxe quant on lit les exigences qu’avait le propriétaire pour quitter le logement
