The location was superb, with good access to the roads out of Derby, as I was visiting family in a variety of locations. A peaceful location and only five minutes walk from a large Tesco store.No

The apartment was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly, easy to contact and replied quickly. The location is perfect as you're very close to a large Tesco. The bed was comfortable and had clean linen on, everything smelled fresh. The pricing is pretty decent and we had no complaints at all. Everything was as described. Definitely worth staying here.

We had a minor issue with the internet not working but this was very quickly rectified after emailing the staff.

The apartment is good, just a little care worn in a few small things, but overall it's fine.

I chose this apartment as it was near a family member while attending a funeral. I still enjoyed my stay, it was very quiet, is attractively decorated and the kitchen was well equipped including a washing machine. I never had a problem parking in front of the building although spaces fill up later in the evening. Some family members called in, everyone was impressed and agreed it was a better option than local hotels. WiFi was good too. Tesco, pubs, cafes and takeaways are close by.

Suggestions for minor improvements only. I wanted to iron a shirt but saw that the bottom of the iron was badly stained. I arrived on the hottest day of the year, the flat was very warm, a portable fan would be a good addition. The bedside lamps had nowhere to plug in, thankfully I always travel with an extension lead! Part of the worktop trim in the kitchen was peeling off and needs glueing. A few more wine glasses that match would lift the ambience :⁠-⁠)
