The location was central to Belfast and east to get around. The bed was cosy and room spacious. Shower pressure was very good. Parking was handy and easy to navigate.

The property was very warm due to the weather the bedroom window opened and was a nice breeze but the living room window didn’t. A portable fan would be handy in the future.

It was spacious, well maintained and clean.

Before we could even be given check-in instructions, we were sent a link for a damage deposit which included a fee of $20 Canadian that was nonrefundable. This was a shock I was given no warning and felt that I would also was given no choice. I did not appreciate that. I had no problems with the deposit, it was the fee that did not sit well. Then check-in was awful. Trying to find a rock in a Parkade so that we could get the key and the phone out of the lock box was a huge stress factor. It took us a while to find it. Then, for entry into the building we had to use a phone. Did not like having to carry the phone around all the time.

Location

The apartment was extremely hot and wasn’t able to open the window in lounge room. Facility week before check in asked for a refundable bond. Money hasn’t been repaid 20 days from exit. Apartment missing basic kitchen equipment such as chopping board and sharp knife. All residence of apartment block had difficulty accessing front door. Had to hope someone was exiting when you wanted to enter as app on phone given to residents/guests didn’t work.

Great location, fab to have parking

There were some minor niggles, but enough of them to be irritating. Only one key between 3 people; phone app entry had some issues; sofa bed uncomfortable; couldn't open window- very hot; some essentials missing: functional clothes airer; oven gloves; salt, pepper, oil; scissors; shower had thick curtain and no light over the bath, so poorly lit; Ordered a takeaway on the first night, and there was confusion as we were staying at block 68, but the reception is block 62.

Beautiful apartment. Very central location. Bonus with parking. Quick and efficient check in/check out system in place.

Overall great location though fabulous views are probably correct from upper floors we viewed the Royal Mail building! Excellent bathroom, kitchen etc Prompt response with an electrical issue thanks
