Luxury 5* Heart of The City, Fabulous Views

Location was good.

Hard to access as you had to ring a number to enter every time which for us relied on WiFi or network coverage. The coverage was poor and dropped out a few times meaning we could not enter the building. Check in is 4pm which is very late. No place to store luggage and an early check in incurred a 10 pound charge. Place was not very clean, cigarette buts in the lounge room. Hard to communicate with.

The locality

We had difficulty finding the property The extra fee of A$78 incase of damage is a rip off The toilet had been used before we arrived An alarm kept going off in the cupboard where the washing machine There was no reply when we asked why A luxury unit is a bit over the top

Clean and tidy

Was hours before I got check in details had to keep texting and had to wait in my car till 23-30

we had a lovely stay in the flat, pretty bog standard, nothing too grand. A little tricky to get in to the building. but on the whole a comfortable place to stay.

no views. but we where on the 7th floor facing the building next door. the 5* apartment with fantastic views must have been higher up the building.

great location, clean and tidy , excellent value for money

We loved everything very secure, bed so comfortable, fantastic kitchen facilities, shower great, plenty of extra towels and blankets, great communication with our hosts. Will definitely book again thanks for wonderful stay. Also great location!

Door access is a bit of a pain having to make a phone call to enter front door

Very cosy, comfortable and clean apartment and centrally located within walking distance of everything. Easy access everywhere, next to the river, shops and points of interest around it. Great facilities and everything was spot on, we will definitely be back and I highly recommend it. Thank you for making us so welcome.
