It was clean and spacious.

Mattresses on the beds are quite thin and not very comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful on site staff. The apartment was clean and well presented.

It wasn't mentioned on the listing that to get to the apartment theres stairs which required a very slow, open, staff operated stair lift, as my friend and I are wheelchair users we had to rely on staff and hope they were paying attention to be able to get to and from our car which took over 5 minutes to get down so isn't step free. Even though it says it's wheelchair accessible and the entire property can be accessed by wheelchair users this is untrue as there is no way to the "balcony" without a tall door threshold. There's a shower over a high walled bath with no grab rails etc. so unsafe for most full time wheelchair users to use. This really shouldn't be listed as wheelchair accessible without these key bits of information needed for wheelchair users to gauge if it's suitable for them.

The location of the apartment was excellent. The communication was excellent. The apartment itself had plenty of space and light. The beds were very comfortable.

The apartment looked lovely but felt tired and not overly clean, dust on the walls and cobwebs. Missing TV in the master bedroom, missing lampshades etc. The shower screen had a leak, mould around the shower. It just felt like someone hadn't been in the apartment for a while and needed a really good going over.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of China town, which we loved. Also, it's really close to the train station and a very walkable distance to the city centre. Although it can be noisy on the street outside (music from a bar), we couldn't hear the noise once in the apartment. The beds were ok, the mattresses were a bit soft for our liking, however we all slept fine. The Wi-Fi was really good and there was a TV in the front room and double bedroom, which was great. The kitchen facilities were fine. We had no intention to cook meals and just wanted to be able to store stuff in the fridge and have some toast and coffee. The only issue we had was that we couldn't work out how to put the water on as the apartment instructions said something about using the Horseman panel. However, there is a labelled water switch in the cupboard where the washing machine is, and you just need to flick it on when you arrive. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
